New on EcuaNido: a blog and 47 more house models

We're starting the EcuaNido blog, adding 47 house models from four builders and showing "price on request" when a builder doesn't publish a price.

From today EcuaNido has a blog. Here we'll share what's new on the site: new features, new builders and house models, and our own articles about buying, building and living in Ecuador.

47 new house models

The House models section now has 68 models from seven builders, from 14 m² cabins to 220 m² houses:

• Constructora GL PRO (Manta): modular homes of 24 to 144 m², from $15,800, delivered in about 60 days.
• Homers Constructora (Steel Framing EC): steel-frame houses, semi-finished or turnkey, all over Ecuador.
• Cypres Ecuador (Quito): prefab house kits, one- and two-storey and chalet type.
• Ortiz Gallego Constructora (Quito): low-cost prefab houses from 20 m².

Price on request

Some builders don't publish their prices. Their models now show "Price on request", after the models with a price. We've asked them for a "from" price for each model and will show it as soon as we have it.
